Inbound receipt
Pallets arrive at our Moen-le-Carroll hub. Each carton is scanned, weighed and allocated a bay within two hours of arrival. Discrepancies trigger an instant alert to your account manager.
Stage 2
Inventory integration
Stock feeds update across every connected sales channel simultaneously. You see accurate availability on your own website, on trade platforms and in our dashboard — no lag, no overselling.
Stage 3
Order fulfilment
Orders are batched hourly. Our pickers follow optimised routes through the warehouse to reduce handling time. Each parcel is weighed a second time as a quality gate before labelling.
Stage 4
Delivery and tracking
Parcels enter our carrier network with full tracking passed back to you and your customer. If a delivery fails, our system automatically schedules a retry and notifies the buyer by email.

Returned books arrive at our hub, where they are inspected and graded. Saleable copies re-enter your inventory automatically. Damaged copies are quarantined and you receive a condition report with photographs so you can decide whether to pulp, donate or attempt resale at a reduced price.
